13.2. Data is properly protected by using passwords, secure servers, restriction of access rights, encryption, firewalls, and other measures.
13.3. The data located in the company’s office are stored in locked rooms or spaces and destroyed using document shredding equipment.
13.4. Strict confidentiality of data is ensured. SIA “LMI Translations” delegates data processing only to verified partners and suppliers with whom a non-disclosure agreement has been concluded. Partners and suppliers process data only for the intended purposes and to the extent required.

The use of such technologies is carried out while respecting confidentiality and personal data protection in accordance with this Privacy Policy, the applicable laws and regulations, and the agreements concluded with the respective technology providers.
